For example, if you save a search, we may send you emails with new homes on the market that match your search. If you save a home, we may keep you posted on status updates such as a price change. When you use our transaction services, we may send you status updates and other information about your transaction. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You also certify that the number provided is your phone number. You shall abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Our Additional Rights. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND CONTENT. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. YOU WAIVE RIGHTS UNDER CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542 (AND SIMILAR PROVISIONS), WHICH LIMITS GENERAL RELEASES TO CLAIMS KNOWN AT THE TIME OF RELEASE.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and Federal courts located in the county where Premium Legacy Realty LLC is registered in Florida (Roy needs to confirm the exact county) for the purposes of these Terms of Service.

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER IT ACCRUES, OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

GDPR (European Union Users)

This Website is intended solely for individuals residing outside of the European Union and United Kingdom (UK). By using this Website, you represent you are not an EU/UK resident or, if you are, you provide express consent to the collection of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

User Disputes
